Wear & Care

Beadwork should be looked after carefully, Please :
- Keep your Beloved it in its own box or bag, away from other jewellery. This will help to avoid tangling and any scratching of the bead surfaces.
- Keep your Beloved away from moisture and chemicals, including perfume and lotion. 
- Take off rings when washing hands, dishes or clothes. We know it's annoying to have to remember, but it makes a big difference.
- Put your beadwork on last, after clothing, and take it off first. Doing so stops it from getting tangled and broken.
- Try not to touch it too much! We know it's really difficult because it's so lovely and tactile, but beadwork is happier this way. 
- Always put the little plastic backs on your earrings. 
- Love your Beloved :-)

Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - calculated at checkout
- Canada Shipping: 10-15 business days - calculated at checkout
Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot redirect packages once shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service or check with neighbors.

Our Commitment to You
As a small woman-owned business working with global artisans, each piece we offer represents countless hours of creative labor. To protect this meaningful work and keep our prices fair, we maintain a limited return policy.
General Policy
We offer a 72-hour return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours to initiate a return. After this window, all sales are final.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Original packaging must be included
- You'll be responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our art! If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
To report damage:
- Email us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
What We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 72-hour window
- Change of mind after 72 hours
- Color variations (colors may appear slightly different on different screens)
- Minor imperfections inherent to handmade art
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
